Div 2/Div 3 Skill, 6v6

Hello everyone,
I'm playing demoman in a div4 team that got promoted into div3 this season. Feel like I can play on a higher level, top d3 to maybe mid d2 (top d2 given some time to adjust/learn).
Have maincalling experience, would prefer not to. I'm not interested in joining a team as the second member (and with you promising all kinds of stuff), I prefer a team (or partial team) that already played together.

[!!]Sun-Thu 2000-2300 GMT+1 as playing times
[!!!]Be able to dish out criticism/take it, just as long as it's constructive.
[!]Random other antics that are in the list on every recruitment post.
If I get a good offer I'll most likely join, just wanting to say I'm very short on div2/3 experience:)

not d2 mid/low d3 from what i remember which probably is pretty much nothing so you shouldnt take this serious but consider it as a free bump
@Rdios, I remember my failure from that time:) However we were the only team who nicked a round off you guys last season;(
He has mastered the way of the bomb through my training, achieved ultimate warrior status and learned the way of the force.

This guy is good at games
really nice chap and dedicated to improve would go far in a div 3 team aiming for le stars.
Alot of talent as demo good aim with pipes good roll outs and good comms have had pleasure of mentoring team he was in for a night
pick this guy up over summer and develop him further and he will be top class

DM is pretty good, but his positioning/map awareness is really excellent. Good at placing pipes such that they intersect with players bodies.
A lot of people throw around the word “potential” in these rec post when its really just a polite way of saying something else. In Brams case its not. I don’t think he is div2, with a season of highdiv3 experience could he be? I wouldn’t bet against it.
