Premiership Qualifiers

We’ve come to a decision regarding the Season 30 Premiership Qualifiers!

Se7en and the bin BLACK have retained their Premiership spot due to keeping at least half of their roster and not ending the season in a relegation spot.

Since the bin has almost the same roster as the Division 1 winner from Season 29 they will also be given a Premiership spot, while SVIFT.mc, top5rocket and Ora Elektro have been given Premiership spots due to their results submitted to the admins. This leaves us with 2 spots left for Premiership.

We’ve decided to use a Double Bracket format with 4 teams in it, these being The Bus Crew, Velocity eSports, Professional Disney Fangirls and Third Eye.

The first games will be the following:

• The Bus Crew vs Third Eye
• Velocity eSports vs  Professional Disney Fangirls

The winners will go on to play against each other in the Upper Bracket final, with the winner of that game claiming a Premiership spot for themselves. The losers will play each other in the Lower Bracket. The winner of that game will then play the loser of the Upper Bracket Final for the last Premiership spot. The teams that do not qualify for Premiership will be given a spot in Division 1.

The playoffs will take place from Sunday 20th until Sunday 27th May. If your team is running into any scheduling issues then let the admin team know as soon as possible so we can look to help.

Welcome to our 30th Season of 6v6 Gaming!!

While the teams were busy with their playoff games, we worked on the next – our 30th no less – season. We are very happy to be able to announce that our signups are open right now until May 26th 20.00 CEST!

Prizepool

Thanks to our generous partners STN-Trading and scrap.tf – make sure to check out their websites! – we are able to provide a total of 2.000 € of cash for our premiership division!

The prizemoney will be distributed as follows:

– 1.000 €
– 650 €
– 350 €

Get involved:
There will be no official fundraiser for this season. However, we have been approached by a couple of players who were asking if and how they could contribute to this seasons’ prizepool. We greatly appreciate these awesome individuals!

If you wish to donate cash you can do so by wiring it via paypal to [email protected]. Please state your ETF2L ID or linked email address in the payment info.
For gamers with rich backpacks we are accepting item donations (note: only Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys or unusual hats), simply send a trade offer!
Item donations will be possible from Sunday, May 20th onward! Your donation may end up benefitting our Division 1 and/or Division 2 winners as well.

• Signups: May 13th – May 26th, 20:00 CEST (Premiership signups will close early, on May 19th at 21:00 CEST)
• Publishing of Provisional Divisions: May 26th
• Publishing of Final Divisions: May 27th
• Pre-Season Premiership Qualifiers: May 20th – May 27th
• Main Season: May 27th – July 13th (7 Weeks)
• Playoffs: July 15th – August 5th
• Premiership Finals: July 29th

Season 29  Wrap-up

Congratulations to Se7en for, after a one season hiatus, returning to take the title and claiming 300 euros in the process!

The winning squad is comprised of:

• seeds (Medic)
• kaidus (Demoman)
• adysky (Soldier)
• amppis (Soldier)
• Thaigrr (Scout)
• Thalash (Scout)

After a thrilling Grand Final, top5rocket have been defeated and place 2nd claiming 120 euros while
Gardienii Fortei Mistice are rewarded with the bronze medal.

Although we all enjoy watching the top players, ETF2L is not only about the Premiership Tier. The following teams placed top of their tables in the lower tiers:
