Prizepool

Sadly enough not able to acquire a sponsor for Season 32, however thanks to everybody that helps out this league with the partnership links on the side as well as the ad revenue we are still able to host a small prize pool.

This poll will end Thursday at 22 CET as we would like to finalize everything on time for the preseason playoffs.

Season 31 Wrap-up

Congratulations to Se7en for, once again, taking the title

Super Dickmann’s KANNONEN! vs TORPEDO

This Wednesday night, it’s the semi-final of Highlander Season Seventeen, as Super Dickmann's KANNONEN! faces off against GRAHAM GAMING.

It’s been a great first season together for GRAHAM GAMING, who enjoyed a convincing run of form in the second half of the season to clinch their playoffs spot. How far can the rocket go?

Meanwhile, playoffs is nothing new for Premiership old boys Super Dickmann's KANNONEN! – although they arrived in the semifinal in dramatic fashion. In order to edge out inVision for a ticket to the semis, they needed either a win or Golden Cap win in their final match of the season against league leaders Feila eSports slim shady edition. And they only went and did it!

In order to test some promising maps, we’ll be hosting a Preseason map cup, featuring 2 koth maps and 1 5cp map. Depending on the feedback of these maps one of them might replace a map in our current mappool!

Rules

All rules are the same as the season 31 rules. The whitelist for this cup will also remain the same as season 31 and can be found here.

Remember that this is first come first serve; teams that sign up on the last day of the competition might NOT get a spot!

Schedule:

This cup will run a 4 team round robin format that runs into a single elimination stage.

The group stage has preset maps while the single elimination stage is in BO3 with the two teams deciding the order of the maps.

Thursday 10th January

Welcome everyone to the conclusion of the 17th season of ETF2L Highlander for Open, Mid, Division 2, Division 1 and Premiership.

We hope you enjoyed the matches, and for the teams that made it through, congratulations.

All tiers will have playoffs, all playoff matches will be using the Map Elimination system. Note that all dates are estimates and teams are able to negotiate other days by scheduling with their opponents.

If you find yourself on the list of these teams expect an admin to add you and request your availability, if there is no information or insufficient information given we will have to decide your match dates for you. Keep in mind that we will try and accommodate both teams, but the match date may still vary from your provided days, if for example none of the days match with your opponent, but your opponent offered more days than you did. Deadlines listed for the matches are flexible and may be changed in certain situations if admins are contacted about allowing extensions on these.

Schedule

For Mid and Open tiers, the schedule for the playoff matches will be the following.

• Quarter final matches will be played from 6th – 12th January.
• Semi Finals will be played from 13th – 19th January.
• Grand Finals will be played from 20th – 26th January.

For Premiership, Division 1 and Division 2 we are going with single elimination bubble bracket, the schedule for the playoff matches will be the following.

• The Semi Final results must be submitted by 16th of January and the Grand Finals must be played by 26th of January. If you need to play outside of these dates contact an admin.
