Just my 2 cents – If you really can’t think of anything to improve yourself, you’re doing something wrong. If you can think of plenty of things to improve, you don’t need a mentor. Just some time and practice. I find it more fun to figure out stuff on my own than get a high div mentor that has already done that. But that might be just me. :D
