Robin Hobb – particularly for the Liveship Traders series
Bernard Cornwell – Pretty much all of his books are awesome :D
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time is a good read, a little different from your standard book.

TF2 for Dummies
My favourite book of all time is Catch 22 by Joseph Helling.
Used to read a lot of Ray Bradbury stuff, and Nick Hornby, John Grisham as well.
My favourite author of all time is Furbo’s mother.
