My mic echo's when people talk on mumble.

Basically people keep moaning that I have speakers on, when I don’t.. :p I’ve been told to turn off stereo mix – I think thats disabled anyway…?
Any other ideas? I’m using w7.

R U FUCKING DEAF? TURN DOWN THE VOLUME ON YOUR HEADSET!
1.) check if stereo mix is turned off
2.) check if your mic is to sensitive, maybe it simply transmitted the shit you are hearing with your headphones, turn mic boost off and set mumble up corretly, that should solve your/your mates probs.
While setting up mumble listen to some music (simulates ingame sounds) and make sure that the music does not activate your mic!
3.) be a lazy cunt and use ptt :p
