damn thats some good stuff, really, really ace

the guys who have made this obviously have a lot of passion for what they are doing, its amazing what hard dedication and willpower can help with doing things for a tiny budget, though, with a tiny budget, everything is gonna cost time, lots and lots of it.

really, if this was more fleshed out and made into a 30-45 minute movie, or fleshed out even more with multiple storylines and became a full length 90 minute movie, about the citicens of city 17, i’d be willing to pay money to see that.

to me, something like that would be an ideal half-life movie, NOT about gordon freeman, the man without a voice who happens to be at the wrong place at the right time, but about the rest, about how the people are supressed and treated, about how they somehow hold on to hope and how it comes to be that the combine gets overtrown by actions they have no clue of. Even in this small movie, is shows how some of the people dont beleive in gordon freeman, and how others might possibly do. about how seemingly day-to-day things like being given a gift can break down barriers. its great to see things like that happening, and i feel more connected to this movie than to most high budget movies, its crazy innit?
