How to execute this:
Roll out to middle with a spy in your team
Demoman gets to middle as fast as possible and taunts on the CP
Demoman gets killed by Opponent X
Spy backstabs Opponent X (it has to be the player that killed your demoman)
Spy immediately disguises as friendly demoman
Opponent X sees the player they just killed (demoman) in the kill cam, thereby being haunted by the ghost of the demoman
