Hey guys.

Anyone know of a good reputable place to buy a VPS? I’m basically buying one to host some websites but mainly to get my head around learning to use one.

I don’t mind buying setup fee if its worth it, I found this site which seems quite cheap?

Anyone know of anywhere else? Don’t mind buying outside of the UK ie. anywhere in EU.

DONT and i mean really DONT EVER try to use it for game server hosting :D

do remember you’ll have to go to high-end VPSes (which costs much more) to get decent performance for hosting game-servers.

If all you want right now is something to mess about with and see how far you can get then I guess something like this works https://www.qualityservers.co.uk/cp/cart.php?gid=31 – very cheap and decent reviews what I can see. That’ll not work at all as a stable game-server though, but atleast you can mess about with it and try setting something up on your own to gain experience for the future.

Also: the site you linked seems a bit fishy. If you get full control of a VPS you should be able to host as many unique sites as you want (as long as you have the config-knowledge to make that happen, that is)… I wonder what they’re talking about :O)
