Sound drops

I’m just wondering why my sound drops on Steam, Spotify, Youtube and Mumble (most annoying) when I join a server on TF2. I hate restarting Mumble each time I join a TF2 server.
If you’re on windows7
Right click on the speaker icon > Playback devices/Recording devices > Communications > Tick ” Do nothing “.

The speaker icon as in “Realtek HD Audio Manager” icon ? :p
Nope, the other one. I don’t really know what to call it… Windows sound manager or Volume Mixer, I guess ^^.
