I wonder if TF2 is the one of the few games that cause these kind of issues. Go Valve

OB engine doesn’t support crossfire. Still doesn’t really explain his abysmally low FPS though.

There has to be a reason for this. seriously, I will try few things next:
Remove the overclock on the CPU, restore everything to default.
Remove one GPU card.
I will see how it goes.

There is. Valve doesn’t care enough to add it because the OB engine is CPU bottlenecked anyway, plus there are newer versions of the engine. L4D2 has Crossfire support.

Left 4 dead 2 you say? lets see how that goes.
Cant see it mention’ed anywhere but are you running windowed mode?
And if so you need to disable desktop composition for hl2.exe otherwise it will eat your fps.
Yup, but I have tried fullscreen too.
And I tried your suggestion, same..
Tried playing with one card, same FPS.
Tried removing the overclock and playing at stock speeds, same. It is like my overclock did not help one bit to the FPS.
I am really clueless wtf is going on, I really do not want to format my windows again..

go to ccc and set all the graphics options to application settings (what ever its called)
that may work
It is already on application settings..
Okay, so I think I will leave this one to rest.
As I will be playing with vertical sync on, capped at 60FPS anyways, as I really do not like the screen tearing.
But yet, if anyone comes up with a solution, feel free.

Go to:
Drive:Steam steamapps username team fortress 2
Properties on the hl2.exe file, Comptability -> Disable desktop composition.
