Doing a quick review basically. Used loads of mousepads in my career so I’m always up for trying new ones. This mousepad is made of like a glass/cloth composit with a rough etch texture (giving good tracking and lower friction). It’s not too thin but not too thick so is pretty comfortable I’ve found.
This mousepad is perfect for me because I’ve always loved plastic pads for their accuracy and low friction but found they are too small and not as comfortable as cloth. This pad has perfect tracking, friction similar to a plastic pad and looks good. My only qualm with it is the size, being at 44cmx33cm it’s quite small compared to the other large pads but still…
If it wasn’t for the size I’d give it a 10/10. But yeah I’d say around 9/10. Best surface I’ve used yet, pity about the size :(.
Who you think I am? Ziggy?
I should note that if you like super smooth then puretraks still your optimal pad, but then I really don’t mind this coarse texture…. still feel good control and the friction is soooooooooo looow.

I highly recommend buying from this site (esp since your only other option is amazon) but make sure it’s compatible with your mouse first.
And yes, it’s a 9/10.
must be good if it’s japanese

that site is such a mess
Oh don’t tell me you expected less from a japanese site.
My previous mousepads have been Goliathus Control, Megasoma and Qck Heavy and I can say kai g3 beats them by a long shot. Might add that mouse-wise I’ve been using Razer Abyssus, Orochi and Zowie EC1 and not once has it fucked up the flow in any way. :]
