hey I’m just wondering how much I will have to spend to get a decent pc, not super omg waste of money amazing but just decent.

looking for new CPU, mobo, gcard, ram and probably a PSU

any help would be sweet!

specs atm are quite dog

AMD athlon 7750
4gb ddr2 800mhz
asus m2n-mx se plus
AMD 5670 512 ddr5
450 W PSU

INTEL CORE I5 2500K 3.3GHz ~180e
Socket 1155 motherboard ~100e or below
DDR3 4Gb kit ~100e
GTX 560 ~200e
and _good_ psu around 550W will cost you like 80e

so together this would be 660e. You might not need that good components but this might give you some direction. (Prices in Estonia).

^ ~600 sounds reasonable for a slightly-above-average rig.

I would get one of the newest gen ati cards, cheaper, uses less power = profit??

Yeah it doesn’t really matter which one to take. 6970 and gtx560 are performing quite the same. Nvidia drivers are imo better than ati ones, atm.
