I have had this mouse in the past, after 6 months of playing I decided to switch it to Logitech MX518. Why?

Abyssus jitters alot on Razer Goliathus speed. It jitters on all other cloth surfaces aswell, but not as hard as on goliathus speed. You can rotate your mousemat for lovering the jitters, but anyway, they still going to exist. What does it means? Ofcourse all this doesn’t matter for very low sensitivity users, but it matters ALOT for high sensitivity users, cuz you won’t be able to aim properly.

Shape. This mouse is OK and pretty comfortable, but it was made a little bit wrong. At right side(Side where is my 4th, 5th finger)there is sharp border which pretty much injured my 4th finger. And as this mouse is made especially for finger grip users, because of this border, it is completely painful to hold this mouse.

As on all other Razer mouses, the sides are made of plastic. Mouse becomes sweaty very fast and it becomes impossible to hold it.

This mouse has no fyrmware. It means it is completely brainless.
This mouse has only 3 levels of DPI 450, 1800, 3500.
I prefer to play on 900 dpi and what I am supposed to do, if I don’t like to play with 1800 or 3500 or 450 is too low for me?

To be honest, I don’t understand what the hell Razer is thinking about. Why they decided to create the mouses with 3.5G sensor, if there is a beautiful 3G sensor which is a hundred times better? :>

Or why they can’t put some rubber on the sides of their mouses like on Razer Mamba.

Logitech MX518 still the best mouse which I have played on. I hope, in future, Logitech will create MX518 v3 with the same shape and material of which v2 is made of now, but with wired cable and 1ms USB key.

my second abyssus just broke yesterday. what a piece of shit, cant take a good beating. Not going to buy a third one for sure.

You cant use 450 dpi? Just calculate your new sens. If you use same sens (cm/360), there’s no difference.

Lol. There is a pretty big difference.

I think the Abyssus works fine on the puretrak talent (cant test it anymore, since i sold the mouse…i think…ill have to check :X).

Some mice have acceleration issues at certain dpi’s.
