A caster's headset/microphone

Hello lovely people of the TF2 community! <3
As a caster, my rage towards my headset/microphone has recently reached the level where I want to get rid of it and smash it into the pits of hell :D
Now there's not much critics towards my mic at the moment, but I still like to be as clear and as awesome as possible, quality wise.
That's why I want YOU, the community, to help me out here! I heard some good stuff about the Sennheiser PC 350/360, but I'm not completely sure. Any thoughts on that one, or do you recommend any other headset instead?
Note: I'm looking for a headset, not for a stand-alone-microphone, as I'd like to be able to use the same mic at LANs as the one I'm using at home. Obviously, the microphone part of the headset has priority, the sound quality of the headset is secondary (but not unimportant!).
Thanks in advance everyone, I hope I don't sound like a crackling dying bird next time!

tbh a bluetooth headset works just fine, no need to spend extra money; http://www.gadgetell.com/tech/comment/most-expensive-headset-in-the-world/
I would just go for a standalone microphone and improvise a bit when you are going to LAN. After all, sound quality is totally messed up anyway on LAN with all the background noise.
BOSE A20 (even got you the dutch link)

My limit would really be about 150-200 euros. Maybe if you guys can donate to TF2TV I’d be able to spare a couple more euros…
:D
Thanks for the options already! Arie’s Sennheiser looks pretty good tbh.

That Sennheiser is 500 euros and you need a solder iron to get the plugs on :D
Here’s a dirt-cheap option
Get this: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/hyundai-soft-neck-laptop-microphone-4468
With this: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/3-5mm-audio-extension-cable-1-5m-5157
Tape it to any pair of headphones.
That cheap little mic is excellent, I have a spare set of those which I could mail you if you’d like.

I could be the most crazy caster in the world tbh! I can see it right now…
I’ve heard a lot of Sennheiser recommendations so far, so that’s probably what I’m going for. Any idea about which model has the most comfort + the best quality?
Well. As usual papa Gryz has the answer.
You need this:
Hardware
A mixer is not necessary, but it makes everything soooo much easier. The simplest little mixer will do, really.
Behringer MX802A
Decent sound card
… buy an asus Xonar, cheapest “awesome” chipset on the market.
Microphone
Probably the most important part to you.
Behringer B-1 or Behringer B-2 are both EXCELLENT choices.
the C-1 is good too.
Nothing wrong with Røde NT1
… there you go.
EDIT: did not reflect over the budget constraints, just saw you wanted to make “good casts”. Well, there is no reason to buy crap when you can get “cheap” gear stated above with ridiculous quality. Let me know when you are 100-200e short and I’ll cover it.

Sorry, might add this is from my experience from a radio station with around 1000 listeners, so nothing fancy. Not sure how do “downgrade” it to DIV1/PREM-level. Rest of us would love proper gear, though.
Everyone at leveluptv uses Sennheiser PC350/PC360’s at home, though not because they are sponsored… just because they have an awesome microphone.
