I’ve been watching VODs lately and got interested in it. I haven’t played more than a few duels in QL so I’d want to ask you if there are any useful resources I could get through before the start to get at least the basic idea.

also the obvious: try and play some tdm public matches and if you want to try some more difficult stuff if you’ve started to be a little better and have premium/pro try #tdmpickup
Quake-Live.tv http://www.quake-live.tv/ , they cast a duel, tdm and ctf and offer insight into the game aswell.
Gives you an idea of what you can expect.
