Virtualdub :(

Hey everyone, I have a little problem with virtualdub. Let me explain it: I’m using salmon’s cfg (pldx) to capture video from game and I’m saving it as 60fps .tga.
Then I’m combining with virtualdub. Just like in the tutorial, I’m using it with the same captured fps and Lagarith Codec. And as a result, I’m getting a laggy video.
When I save it as H.264, I don’t get a laggy result but poor quality. If I capture it with 90 or 150 fps and combine it with H.264 or Lagarith Codec, I again get a laggy result.
If you have any advice please share it with me.Thank you.
Ps: Here is a sample captured with 60 fps and saved with H.264: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7rh-MHPZ8s&fmt=22
Most media players can’t play back media greater than 30fps at high resolutions. You need to save from TF2 at 90FPS to a lossless codec, and then render in your video editing software back down to 30fps.
Thx :)
Here are the new results for 60fps recording. I wonder how 150 will be. BTW, the map is dark, don’t blame the vid for it.
