As for the gameplay, it seems like there aren’t enough flanks for scouts. I’ve not actually played a game on it so I don’t know for sure though
I’m pretty sure there’s enough flanks as there are at least three connectors between each point. Perhaps we won’t see the “combo holds main, scouts hold flank” setup, but I don’t see that as a big problem.
Also glad to hear that you like the looks, especially since it’s only in alpha yet :)

was a fun game- i really liked last (i played scout). cant decide if i like the old mid (more height diffrence) or the new one, i would like to know your thinking behind the change :)
Alright, after nearly two months and way too much Dota 2, I’m finally back with a14 which will be the final alpha version before I head into beta. The changelog is quite extensive, but you’ll have to try the map out yourself to find the changes.

The main thing was medics – with the height differences they were truly sitting ducks if they ended up on the lower ground. Scouts, Soldiers and Demos surely liked it, but mid fights were just too much random bombing and too little strategy.
Map looks great, I’m pretty excited to play the new versions. Lobby looks really complicated though

I’m really digging the layout and the theme of the map. Good job. Why can’t we have cool custom maps in S13? :/

Glad to hear you like it despite the flaws of a14! I’ve started work on finishing up b1 with some major reworks on mid and an additional structure on last for more of a safe zone for medics. Again, thanks for the map test and be sure to try out the new version once b1 is out!
maybe you could make a version that was just mid for people to put on dm servers? might get you some feedback / interest and if it’s just mid it would only be a small download

Interesting idea if there would be some sort of support for this. On the other hand, a good DM mid doesnt necessarily mean a good mid. I might try it though once I have the b1 version done.
