yeah but without mini crits the weapon just sucks. just lower the mini crits dmg a lil bit and it will be fine
– Remove minicrits
– Lower damage to 124 or less
– Increase splash by 10-15%
– Increase runspeed ever so slightly

Another suggestion:
Make it 80 % slower and with 25% less destructive force.
And increase the blast radius by 70%.

sounds perfect to me, but we should rename it into Rocket Launcher or somesthing like that :D
