Most of these rules have been there for ages. Threads about religion/politics like “muslim demographics” have been locked in the past. The rules are just there to make things more clear for everyone.
Don’t expect any real changes in the way the forum is regulated.

Aside from F.14 which I personally think is totally unreasonable (yes I read bytes response about this on the first page and I still disagree), they look like common sense to me, nice to have it in writing though.
p.s. Im glad theres no “these rules may be subject to change at any time without your notification”. ;)

Seems like standard forum rules, nothing to complain about.
Ok, so saying “fuck you” is acceptable if it’s a joke…aka add safety smileys.

Who defines what’s a joke and what is not? If I make a lewd one liner about YYT etc. and Byte doesn’t find it funny, am I getting banned?

Don't like them at all, the ETF2L used to be so lenient about things it was nice to read forums, now people have got to actually be careful in what they say.
Before most people knew when they going over the line but still :<.
Exactly that aeq common rules aka common sense. People will know when they are stepping out of line.

anyway the new rules are just common sense (mostly) and more importantly a clarification of the rules that the admins have been working by for a long time. transparency is better for everyone, at least now it should be much more clear what is acceptable and what isn’t.
One question.
Getting a ban, lets say for posting racist shit etc.
Does this mean Ban only from forum, or from ETF2L league too?
