I don’t really believe in second chances for cheaters in games, they know full well that when they install it and play in an official they are directly and willingly breaking the rules.
No place for people in the community like that in my opinion :)
Believe it or not, cheating is a sickness for some, but a mistake made one time for others. Give them a chance!
