Personally I would go for Darn’s choise. But this is also a ETF2L administration problem. You either allow something or not. By not making a choise, you basically blocking a game, by not allowing someone and that’s it. The person is not used not playing without TFTrue, because there is no clarity. So I can understand Darn not playing. You are out of your ‘comfort zone’ when you are playing with TFTrue all the time and then it gets veto’d by the other team.

The merc rule is already the same as the TFTrue rule – it’s not allowed unless the opponent agrees.

Big difference being that, by doing so, you will get lots of defaults, thus less games. Is the sole purpose of signing up for a competition not to play games? Always denying mercs kinda defeats the purpose..
Whereas not allowing the FOV thing changes nothing at all.

dunno we had six people on the server ready to play, a few of us also went to the vanilla cast afterwards to give interviews and show the people our thoughts etc
so pls relax and dont get mad about stuff you arent involved with + having no idea of

To be fair, changing your fov also makes your sensitivity feel weird for a couple of days.
I feel sorry for Vinland having to deal with such an awful captain as darn. What he did was childish and inexcusable.

Tbh, that’s not an answer to his question, and he makes a fair point! Not saying that it wasn’t a dick move by Darn etc blablabla but no need to repeat what has already been said.
