I don’t really understand what you’re trying to gain from this, most people (myself included) are not able to spot aimbots/wallhacks/triggerbots outside of the very obvious ones. At best this seems like an attempt to gather support to get him unbanned, because surely if alot of people can see no wrong then there must be no wrong.
And since ETF2L dont release info on who is actually involved in the decission making process the community have noidea if ” there AC ” team are infact capable of doing it either only there word on it.
Deneusbeer has even stated in his previous post that the whole process now of banning somong comes down to the following ” Current AC staff is shit, as it has been for a while. THe old guys talked about stuff, brought up good points, etc. Now it’s just : X,Y and Z make 1 post, and it’s done.”
Also to say that the majority of people involved in the community wouldnt be able to spot a hack is silly :) I know people within the AC team and know what training they have had to do this job which = virtually none and is seen more as a learn as you go experience. ( cant mention names since etf2l dont publish there AC admin team :P )
I also see no problem with giving out demos and explaining to clan leaders at the least why a player had been banned in there team, as this is what has been done for me in the past when certain players have been suspicious.
With regards to beavern if as the OP said is true and 6 other ac admins outside of etf2l watched the demo ( as we know the ac team based there view on only 1 demo) and didnt see enough evidence to ban him, not to mention d2m stating previously he watched the demo and gave his opinion to the ac team that there wasnt enough evidence then surely he should be unbanned until there is more evidence?

You sure? http://etf2l.org/etf2l/staff/
right racio, so comments from other admins stating that not all AC admins are shown on the site to protect them :) I recall D2M saying this in various conversations, for the ease though ill just paste buffalo bills log where he says it as easier to find.
Unless ofc your admin team is lying and you do only have 3 AC admins in which case why try to give the impression etf2l has a large ac team behind it reviewing demos fairly. And is that rearly a large enough amount to decide if xx player is guilty? especially given the fact bash and huhy have only recently joined etf2l staff.
[20:55] Kritzonite – how many people comprise the AC team?
[20:55] BuffaloBill – Can’t disclose that information, unfortunately
[21:09] Kritzonite – and how many AC admins is that? 2, 4, 15, 100? oh yeh, i’m not allowed to know =)
[21:09] BuffaloBill -Yea
[21:10] BuffaloBill -Sucks, I know
[21:10] BuffaloBill -but again, best method
[21:10] BuffaloBill -not perfect

Why would we trust the AC admins? I personally know more people that get banned because they were ‘cheating’ then AC admins. I only know the stories from one side and thats always from the side of the victim. How can i trust the AC admins, if i dont know actually what the full AC team is, what their experience in AC is and what their evidence in these cases are? Nah, then i am rather gonna believe the people who i actually played with for some hours and actually communicated their side of the story.
If the current AC team is good, they could really share who they are, why they are up for the job, what their experience is, what the evidence is in dubious cases. If their competence is dubious, then you probably want to hide those things. And i have the feeling the last is happening right now.

There are AC admins who are on trial and will have less of a say on issues. Only after a while they are added to the staff. As d2m said, he requested to stay as ac admin, but not publically. I followed his request as he deserved some time without people harassing him, he had other stuff like tf2tv to do though so he wasnt really extremely active besides doing some occasional demo checking (which was still pretty nice ofc). So besides not giving full detail on everyone who has applied for or been a trial it’s pretty open.

Hmmm. The Dark Side clouds everything. Impossible to see, the future is.
[21:16] Kritzonite:u havent proven to me that u have them, so how can i believe that u do?
Talking to this kid is like talking to a brick wall/demourge.

so you are infact saying then that the only people at etf2l involved in the banning process and reviewing demos etc are the 3 AC admins ( assuming d2m isnt interested) listed o the site. As those in training obviously are in training for a reason. And if so 3 people ? rearly…… I’d have more faith in flipping a coin.
Since your here, and lets say the info is correct about 6 other ac admins from other leagues reviewing the demo your team banned BeaVerN for, and only 3 out of 4 of your ac admins believed he was cheating, as D2M stated in this thread he didnt see enough evidence. How can he be banned when all your AC admins have to agree? not to mention the other admins outside ETF2L who also didnt see enough ( apparently )

i cannot believe i read all that
Quite frankly, why do they have to prove anything to anyone? If it looked like somebody was hacking to them, then they have all the rights in the world to push the big red button. Wether that person really was hacking or not. This isn’t law school where they’d rather have 10 cheaters playing freely than 1 innocent person banned. Mistakes CAN happen at all times, after all, they’re only human.
This sort of thing will always happen when somebody is banned just because everyone’s all like “o dat guy was nice why ban”. There will always be people standing up for banned players, wether they really did cheat or not.
And for the record, no. I never played with beavern, nor have I ever seen him play. I just expressed my opinion on this whole “AC TEAM HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?” matter. The answer? You don’t have to trust them. None of your goddamn business. Just keep playing hard and going pro, and you’ll be just fine.
Erm, I believe two threads have already been locked in regards to the bans. Mainly because people keep saying the same thing over and over again. It’s really getting boring now.
