S8 Promo/Rele + How did your season go?

Went 2-12 in our first season in division 6.
Considering we had expected to go 0-14 – that’s what we expected with a rookie team that had to build up everything from 0 – things went well. We’re also seeing a lot of improvement, where we started out the season with getting 0-5 0-5 every time we are now at least able to put up a proper game. It still goes bad every now and then, but at least we feel less incompetent than we used to be :)
I’m so proud ;)
Also, ask Monkeh how our season went. I don’t think he’s mentioned it yet

Same here. Replacing your main caller feels like being put back into div6. Slowly getting to where we were (and beyond) now though! I’m fairly certain we’ll manage to gather enough screenshots to make it into div4 next season.
Theoretically we can still end 2nd (2 more games to go), but to be honest I doubt it’s going to happen.

As PCWs are places where new tactics/players are tried out etc
Only ladder matches or officials count mate
The news article on etf2l before the season started claimed otherwise.
We struggled due to an inconsistent lineup. Last few matches (which were against the hardest teams) we did a lot better in – 3-3 2-4. Looks promising for next season :)
We did pretty well, taking 2nd in 6g, I only wish our medic hadn’t dropped internet in our game vs. Explicit content, I really think we could have taken 1st. Still, not bad for our first season together, CU@Div5 :D
Its been a good season, some real intense games and some not that intense. Think we will end up in first place, unless we screw things up team effort-style.
2 teams dropped, but that is to be expected. Would like to see a little less wildcards next season.

You would do a lot better if the season started about now, you improved a lot, good luck for the next season!
For me it was an enjoyable first season, I’m a bit sad that 3 teams dropped in our group, would have been nice to play more, but still a good season.
Went awesome! I like pizza to!
