I don’t understand, on the medal redeem page it says for me that I can’t redeem, because my team was dropped. But my team wasn’t dropped, and our only default loss was because our opponents didn’t show at first scheduled date, so it was rescheduled to a default date, at which we couldn’t attend :S

Edit: Yeah, that was a bug involving the other highlander team you were in, but it’s fixed now. It should now give you the correct message. (something about default losses.)

I also fixed a bug where the page would sometimes display the message “your team has been dropped”, while it should have been saying “your team had one or more default losses”.

One of the guys of our third team has the same issue as Killawaleed…
“You were not in the team at the time of its last match. Therefore you will not get a medal.”

Hm, weird. Are you sure he’s not logging in with the old account (the one that got hacked) Let him double check that. (Easiest way is to just go to “My Profile” on the very top when you’re logged in and check what team(s) you’re in, and your steam ID.)

That sounds like the most logical explanation to me. If that’s not the case, feel free to come back to me.

How would this be treated?

As stated, feel free to send a mail to [email protected], explaining why an exception should be made. It’s much easier to handle that way, when the time comes ;)
