If you have a BYOC ticket:

1) Head to the following link: https://insomniagamingfestival.com/byoc

2) On the page linked above, you will be prompted to log in with either a Multiplay account or an EventBrite one. If you do not have a Multiplay account, you can create one here easily. Log in to one of these accounts.

3) Follow the instructions on-screen to link your Multiplay account to your EventBrite account, or vice versa.

4) After the accounts have been linked, you can view all the orders associated with your account and select seats via the following link: https://insomniagamingfestival.com/byoc/account/orders

Please note that new orders made on EventBrite may take up to one hour to display, and you will need to manually refresh the webpage to see any new orders made.

Go do the above. You won’t be able to select a seat currently as they’ve locked the picker due to some teething issues. They will be wiping the seat picker at some point when it’s sorted so it’s a good idea to link your tickets now. This is due to the booking being through EventBrite rather than the old system. Without linking you will not be able to select a seat.

I should have a more concrete answer about where everyone should sit next week, as there’s a couple of bits still up in the air.

Unlikely. Or rather, as we’re looking at having a TFTV stage again like previous events there isn’t really anywhere down there. The stage we had last year will be used for e-sports finals.

Have to wait and see really. I’m not convinced there is enough seats on that picker right now either, so hopefully there’s another area they are going to open. I should have details by mid next week apparently.

Apparently the seat picker is/has been wiped and will be live again tomorrow (Friday) at 6 pm (UK).

Lower ground is theoretically the best place if you do want to plonk your team down and make sure you get somewhere. I will update asap I know the area we’re “meant” to be or where our production is. I still have a hunch there’s something missing, but for now, if you’ve booked then you may as well ensure you have seats incase i’m wrong.

does anyone know if the tickets are actually all sold out two months before the event or is this just a temporary thing?

I fucking hope not. I bought mine but I have friends that haven’t.

I can confirm the tickets have sold out but we are in frantic talks to try and open up more space to get more BYOC seats into the event!!

We will keep you posted

This makes me wonder if they have fewer tickets this year (and actually aren’t missing anything on the seat picker)

I don’t know about the top teams, but every other team I’ve spoken to so far has atleast one player that hadn’t got tickets yet.
