Just sorting out the event timing, its looking like we’ll have 2 groups of 4 on the Friday we can either play each other twice or play once and play Best of 3 (Bo3 is probably easier as the thing that keeps us off schedule is waiting for people to get on servers).
If we start at say 5pm (latest finish is 9:30 on the friday) this should allow everyone to get to lan with time to spare, set up get a beer and PLAY SOME GAMEZ!

Also Shox and Dunc have suggested getting some small tournys going probably on the saturday – Medic + soldier – Turris etc and shoutcast some of it.

Probably all 8 go through just use it for seeding, gives more games then.

Please don’t take these times as definite, we have not yet confirmed and there are other things taking place to plan around, e.g. If we run at these times you’ll all miss out on the curry we are having available on site on the Friday. I would strongly suggest you plan for arrival at 11 as we have said all along.
