£110 return Belfast to Schipol.
Spend a day or two in the dam and get a train to the LAN place.
Haven’t booked yet, student loan on Monday I think? ;)
What sort of money do you pay for accommodation in NL?

Eurostar is from £127 return for under 26s and takes less than 5 hours from london. Got to be an option for people from the southeast.
going to leh festival instead. i can get more drunk there.
If you can go with a low cost airline like Easyjet from UK it should only cost like £80-100 return (or equivelently two one way tickets) to Amsterdam Schiphol, even if you book late.
From there its a £20-40 return train journey to pretty much anywhere in Holland from Amsterdam central station, provided you book quite early.
Don’t really see why people would consider alternative transportation for a TUP LAN event.
I am thinking of going from up north! I think we are going to try and get a team to go and fly out from Leeds.
According to the website easyjets retour Dortmund airport – london luton is £40.
I’m sure there will be some additional taxes and stuff but it looks cheaper then schiphol airport.
As I said, this really was just an initial estimate and dependent on what me and Arx maybe bringing with us (shoutcasting stuff – tbc).
Flgihts are definetly viable for the majority and the less travel time makes it very likeable aswell :D

Airport Weeze is closest to Enschede afaik and has some nice budget airlines flying there from various spots in Britain:

Take shuttle to Nijmegen > train to Enschede
You wont get to see Amsterdam, but there’s less tourist traps (and just about the same amount of drugs&hookers)
If theres enough people coming tru Weeze I might even be able to set up a direct shuttle to Enschede. Have to talk to a friend who runs a taxi company tho. Estimated cost 10 Euro pp.

30 EUR return from Dublin if you go out on Thursday and back on Tuesday :D
Gotta meet some damn Finns in Amsterdam though…
150+ € just for the flight, train to airport&back not covered yet, food there neither. FML & HF, guys.
