Why? It’s not like Valve are going to do anything to help us, that should be clear for anyone by now.
Mainly because it causes further seperation between pubs and comp, something which should be avoided if we want to attract any new players to the scene.

Heretic! I have played this game for 7 years, I know how everything is going to be without even playing with the new patch (see: Pyro is the new meta since 2 seasons ago)!

Just don’t ban Conga taunt, Permzilla. If team gets wiped on last point of a cp map, you just use Conga taunt with your whole team and cap last.

Any news on if ETF2L will use promod now? I hope they don’t personally.

Scottish resistance just takes way too much to be able to det, I’d genuinely still go with stock

Pubs are so cancerous by now, that I would encourage this.
I’d rather have a smaller, more closed off community where I can still enjoy this game for about a year or so, than this shit.

On the plus side you’d be able to fix every weapon. 6v6 closer to pub with promod?
This update wouldn’t be so bad if they’d did this within say 6-12 months of the games original release. But after 7 years?! To nerf the Demoman to massively out of the blue? Crazy stuff, makes little sense. I’d be in favour of a Promod for ETF2L least for the current season, obviously as the game has changed we would have to work with the changes and adjust after that, but I don’t agree with any of what Valve has done at all.
