ban unlocks if they actually change the game on a non-theory crafting level (I’m looking at you pomson), as in, it actually will, and allow those that allow for different tactics and variety (market gardener, quick fix, vaccinator) in an effort to make european 6v6 less stale
variety doesnt mean its gonna go well, the randomness that some weapons bring is really frustrating to play against, I’d rather have fun thanks. also ur 6v6 matches played is at 0 currently, how can you say its stale? watching it != playing it

the current unlocks we have is fine – I see no balanced alternative weapons which bring some actual variety and not random shit.
escape plan will always be preferred over the shovel if players had the choice, if the mg was allowed most soldiers would still use the ep over the mg and sure as hell over the shovel
the shovel shouldn’t be even be considered in the balancing since most unlocks are balanced towards the game and not stock
how is it retarded? don’t think that I’m implying the ubersaw should be banned (that’s retarded), I’m saying that the mg should be allowed since there’s no difference in the logic applied
my experience with the format in this league shouldn’t be a factor in an argument, tyvm. people sometimes wonder why tf2 is not more popular as a spectator event is because it’s stale, banning almost every unlock for no valid reason limits the options the players have and therefore the tactics that can be used
also explain to me how an unlock like the mg is lol randumb xd xd
getting killed by a roamer who used his skill to rj and strafe towards you (and can be easily stopped), giving up the utility of the ep and the pain train, is variety, not what you call randomness

fact is:
-There is not really a single unloct that can RANDOMLY and instantly make you lose a game.
-Non of the unlocks have attributes that that have random chance to do something, they are all consistant.
-There are no unlocks that are smiply so powerfull that there is not thing to compeat them against at all, sure some unlocks are really handy in variety of sitsuations but then not so good on other. (Pretty much definition of VARIETY.)
-Pretty much all arguments to say X unlock should banned are based on ONE really tiny minor, very specific situation that MIGHT occure, if done PROPERLY, and backed-up with “WHAT IF SOMEONE REALLY GOOD AT THIS ONE THING COULD USE THIS ITEM SO OP”. Compleatly ignoring possible downsides compeared to other possiblites of other unlocks and the other tons of situations game as whole has.
-Pretty much everthing can be compeated for beeing ready for it, reacting to it right. If you are incompetent to do so you can look in to mirror, instead of calling variety randomness and everything overpowered.
-TF2 is not serious (e)sport, and never will be.
-There are tons of pubbers who are fascinated about their load out combinations and what unlocks goes really well togeather and blaa blaa. These are the potential people to make this game grow in numbers.
-Well guess HL keeps growing and let 6s die.

ETF2L works on a whitelist system rather than a blacklist system
the market gardner doesnt add to the game
therefore it’s banned
as for making tf2 grow, I’d prefer to have a smaller game which is better (at least in my opinion) than a larger one which is worse

DH target need to be juggeld in air, and with that shotgun you have to hold it out 3 seconds it out befor making crits to people.

I realize how it works, thanks. Care to explain why exactly you don’t think it adds to the game? Because I just provided plenty of reasons for why it does.
