If you would have had the right STV demo, maybe you would have seen that he cheats.

Except that the AC team sometimes ban people for cheating on public servers. It depends of the coin flip result.

Not taking any sides here but that’s not really a good standpoint for an ac admin. You cannot be biased whatsoever when looking into these things.
