i had 2gb ram, 2.6ghz proc and radeon 4670 and it ran tf2 at 132 constantly :) on chris MAX FPS config <
Pretty much my setup and I get about 20-50 on average. Liar.
I had amd phenom 8400 x3 @ 2,1ghz, hd 5770 and 3gb ram. Had 30-100 fps in 6v6 depending on location and on blands middles fps drops to 0-10 if somebody jumped at me and stuff. Pub was pain to play.
what about me? with my specs? i will have 30+ stable fps?
My second pc, with an E8400 at 3.6ghz doesn’t do 125 stable for me on w7, does it on xp though. Regardless, however, that pc wont do high stable fps. I played tf2 on an amd 3800+ and I was getting around 80fps with fps configs and 640×480 res iirc. That was a few years ago though.
Disregard that, my i5 does 58394 fps and therefor your pc will too.

wigglz if people with same/little better usually have bad fps you should really invest more to cpu. Pain to play with low fps
i can’t change my cpu . SO what i have to do? maybe more more better card? better than 4850 should be better then? i don’t know i want only play on 30+fps on 6on6 (with 640×480 resoultion , dx8.1 , chris max fps cfg , and tweak ati tray tools . I want only play tf2 and play without big laggy
If I were you I’d invest in one of these rather than a GPU: http://crelectro.com/images/Learn_To_Speak_English.jpg
People already gave you your options. Changing gpu to a fucking quad sli doesn’t help you. Its your cpu and if you can’t change it, you’re not gonna get more fps. End of story.

hmmm? will be okay fps?
Given that I have only a marginally better system than that, and I run it at ~80-120 fps with highframes at 1920×1080, I’d probably say yes.
Why don’t you just buy a new motherboard and cpu? I mean its kinda pointless to buy a new cpu to that century old motherboard you have now.
i don’t have money :D . I can buy only card and cpu . SO buy this ati radeon 4850 and athlon 5200+(2,7ghz) yes? should be okay fps?
