I think there’s no real top level scouts RIGHT NOW, but a few who can get there if given a chance.

Who are you thinking of when you say there used to be top level scouts but isn’t now? Can you name some examples of who was top level? Shintaz? Yz50?

Instead of “whining” about the situation, deal with it and start to build up new scouts.

There are tons of scouts out there with potential and the will to work their ass of to improve. They only need a helping hand.
