Nah, it seems I belong in div3? And it is not my “honest” opinion, just a simplified and rough guide for newcomers, as you develop to higher divs it changes.

Oh! btw, I play medic ;)

And: Take 2 prem div scouts, a div1 demo, 2 div2 sollys, a div3 medic(not me), let them play together some time and if the chemistry is somewhat ok, you will have a prem div team, thats my honest opinion.

also i understand that medic in both of them situations is normally shit espicially in lobbies but tbh everyone gotta start somewere
