Your logic makes no sense… All it will do, will make it so people can tell what seasons other players have played in.
YOU CAN ALREADY GET THIS INFORMATION, it just makes it easier to view…

Maybe in lower divs but anything past div 3 people usually actually care about experience.
So like.. Thread has 30 posts, so it will be implimented now.
