Hello, we are highlander team (UGC Steel)

We need a scout that doesn't ragequit before the season after passing trial, is willing to improve rather then spend countless hours in pubs than playing a scrim or at least a lobby with the team. We are looking for a experienced scout that knows what to do, if you do not know some aspects, we can teach you, however if you do not know ANYTHING about comp, don't bother.

Our team will enter UGC steel this season, and most of our players have competetive experience in 6v6 and highlander, so we are taking this a bit more seriously, however we don't forget that competetive has to be fun. We have a tf2 server, and a mumble server for comms.
