Div 5/Div 6 Skill, 6v6

A roamer main/ (Can possibly learn to play pocket) with a reasonable amount of experience in 6s- (A few officials in div 6, and several scrims later on with a more successful div 5/6 team) i have ~1300 hours of tf2 played and around 150 as soldier.
I'm mostly looking to join a team which will make an effort to progress to div 5 or above.
