Pyro  Div 3 Skill, Highlander

Hey there,
I'm looking for a MAIN SPOT in a cozy little HL team around div3/topSilver/lowPlat with some nice people who want to play & improve together =)

About me:
-german pyromaniac with +1800h of tf2 (nearly 1000h of pyro)
-experience and good dm from lots of mixes/scrims (and yeah, lobbies i guess)
-tends to talk alot, i speaks english fluently (played multiple months in UK teams, no problems at all)
-can adapt quickly to new situations & to the needs of the team.
-currently has a lot of time and can play nearly everyday.
-usually improves quite fast when faced with new challenges
-terrifying laughter when drunk/hyped

I expect:
-teammates wich can acknowledge their mistakes & are open to constructive criticism
-you to watch your own backs too (!)
-at LEAST one scrim/mix/whatever a week
