Hoi,
Briefly, vertex2 are on the lookout for a div 3 level scout and demoman,someone near or from the UK so they can speak and understand english perfectly, and have decent pings on Western european servers, aswell as being able to talk on mumble/have a laugh but be serious in game.
Div 3 experience; we a\'re really now looking for someone who has good gamesense as well as deathmatching abilities,
—> As a demoman, able to step back and play smart as our playstyle means you will not be getting many ubers, so please do not rush in expecting invulnerability; This is why we want someone who speaks and understands FLUENT English! Also, we are really looking for our demoman to dominate the mid fight and have the basics down.
—> As a scout, having div 3+ deathmatching abilities, able to put in time outside of pcws to work out what roles you take with your scout partner, able to trust people on calls, getting feedback from each other etc!
English speaking: Please do not apply if you can not speak and/or understand fluent English.
Improvement: We are at a point now where each of our players is trying their best to improve on a personal level, as well as a team level, so we would be expecting the same from you; contributing to strats, watching demos, asking for feedback and also giving feedback is what we would really want from you. Please do not apply if you are not the sort of person who is willing to improve, or whines in the middle of a game.
We usually play from about 20:30 – 23:00 Cet with exceptions.
Please do not apply if you can not play late.

UPDATE: we are fine for sollies if any demos or scouts are looking feel free to ask me david or gubbins same skill as before meet same requrements etc.
