Netherlands Team Dynamic

We're looking for a Medic and a Demoman for season 9.

You:
Preferably Dutch or Belgium (Dutch speaking).
Can play 6-7 days a week.
Have competitive experience, lobbies or mixes don't count.
Common sense.

Us:
A Mumble Server and a back-up Mumble Server.
A Warserver.
Experience, bit of fail in Season 8, but that'll be fixed, it was mostly scheduling fail by iAwp, which we resolved with making Dillu schedule everything.
A stable team, willing to play.
