Hello everyone!
We recently won our division and we're now looking at rebuilding our team to go division 4.
We are currently looking for a Scout.
What you can expect from us:
– Lots of chat time in mumble, we're very active in our mumble, and are almost always there.
– A mumble server and gameserver
– Website
– Social and active players
– Serious atmosphere during PCWs / Officials
– Stable and solid team foundation
What we expect from you:
– Have at least one season in division 4 / 5. This is a requirement.
– No ragers please
– You have to be able to speak almost fluent english
– Clear comms
– Know what to do
– Be active
– Don't be a antisocial prick (:

the best team I merced for, the calls are actually clean, and they all follow them and suceed. You can have fun and win.
When you tell people you don’t want to trial them, you can at least let them know why :P.
And I don’t know how will you do in division 4 if you lost one match against a team in division 6.
We kicked half of the team that played before the match against DuI. If you would have read that it said Default win, because we decided to just give them a def. win, since 3v6 is hard.
I was talking about the match against IMPACT Multigaming, you lost one match against a div 6.
We lost a map, not a match. Also it was golden cap so it’s like whatever.
Being serious for a second, the strategy of kicking some of your better players then hoping to skip a division is an interesting one.

Our best players are still here. We kicked the players because they weren’t serious enough / did not dedicate enough time towards the team. If you do not have any constructive to post here, please refrain from posting then.
Well like, here’s the closest game you had with us: http://tf2logs.com/logs/32784 – your medic was better than me and your scouts were certainly strong enough. Moving Potato to scout is smart, but now you’ve got a div6 medic so you’re hoping for a div4 pocket who can maincall? I just don’t get it. It would be a shame if you talked yourself out of playing next season, because I know you love the game and you’re sort of a figurehead in the community.

Constructive: Potato is good but doesn’t turn heals into damage; he would do the same damage getting no heals as a scout or roamer. To compete in div5 you’ll need more damage from the combo; either a soldier or demo who can be properly pocketed. Or an entire team who are totally dynamic and aware, but call that plan b.
