We need an allrounder backup because people are gone all the time.

We don't have set playing days – if everyone is around we end up playing, sometimes that's once a week, sometimes that's 6 days a week. Usually it's 2-3 days a week on average though (ish!).

This is what we need:
Monday: Demoman
Tuesday: Scout
Thursday: Roamer (and scout or medic)
Friday: Scout
Saturday: Scout
Sunday: Demoman, Roamer

And of course it does happen that on Wednesdays someone is missing as well, but not very often.

Our skill level is listed here as division 3 – we expect the same of any potential trialists. If you are in division 4 and think it's time to try out division 3, please don't bother adding me. There is no need to prove anything to anyone – we just don't want you to waste our time (and your own).

Other than that we're pretty laid back, usually having a laugh, punching a monitor, making fun of Enef's or Ligz' English, etc, etc.
(he's northern enef is)

There is also the community aspect – we have a strong preference towards people that would sit on our mumble before/after games (as opposed to just showing up for games and then leave as soon as it's done). You will also be asked to wear the TC tag and a customised TC-style avatar.
