I'll start off by introducing myself and what I intend to do with this team.
I am Oxy and I have plenty of experience with competitive TF2 including running teams (both 6v6 and highlander), events and communities as well as being a ETF2L admin and TC 'manager'. Now don't get confused with this meaning I am any good :)
My plans for the 'Team Colonslash: Community Highlander' team is to take several new and inexperienced players who are up for playing just a couple of nights a week.
You will need to play a couple of trial games before being offered a spot for the team.
YOU WILL NOT BE JUDGED ON YOUR SKILL BUT YOUR POLITENESS & COMMUNICATIONS, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
You should be:
– From the EU
– Good english
– Aged 16yrs+
– Willing to communicate (using Mumble, please have installed before trialling)
– Any skill level
– Available for games on at least two of the following days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Compared to our other teams this is less time committing so therefore tags and avatars will not be mandatory but if you would like too then thats lovely :)

all I can say about Oxy, is that he’s obviously the biggest badass in the TF2 community.
You’ll have alot of fun playing with him! A really good and experienced player.

Hello, I’m fairly new to etf2l. I would gladly join as your team’s spy if I could. But I do have to say that I’m fairly experienced with the gameplay mechanics of this game and gamemode (highlander ofc), so I wouldn’t consider myself “new”. Most of my experiences are from tf2lobbies :P and I also played for a US team for a few games through UGC which didn’t end up well, since I had to play late nights, haha.
I like this team, we are good. I am playing Demo and we will be victorious!

Come on man, you need to have a mic. We don`t look for specially skilled players but good mannered and communicative people and that can only be tested if you have a mic.
As reservoir said, you will desperately struggle to find any team without a mic. If you acquire one then feel free to give me a shout :)
