European help ive fallen and cant get out of open

Looking for MAIN SCOUT and SUBS

Hi everyone,
we are an Open team with three seasons played so far.
we are looking for a main scout to be part of the squad for next season and hopefully longer.
Other than that, we also need subs, mainly a roamer. (no more pockets unfortunately)
We want mature, dedicated and nice people who are willing to commit to the team.
Our goal for next season is to finish on the upper end of open. Reaching the play-offs would be nice, but is gonna be difficult.
We usually play 3 or 4 times a week, Mondays to Fridays at 20:45 CET, depending on peoples schedules.
