ey,

originally I planned a short and simple post, but then I kept going, mainly to blame the last couple of beers and the insane heat… tl:dr symptom

current roster goes:

– demo
– scout
– scout
– soly
– soly

i'm ze scout and kinda a captain, I mean everything is decided by vote but someone has to manage the team and pay the hookers;

ok what we need:

– medic

what we ask/give:

1. ask:

– you need to like and know how to work as a team
– you need to have intelligible english, * very important
– we don't care about age, if you're not a blithering moron and your voice is human, everything is fine
– we don't care about sex, race, religion, nationality…. but we do want you to be from europe
– your schedule shouldn't be strict, your momma doesn't like you playing video games or w/e; we understand if you have exams, work, vacation, you're becoming a father, you're in jail… etc. if you can't play a season you go inactive, we search for a sub
– we need players with some competitive experience, not anything insane, but we're not going to teach you how to play your class; i mean it!… you need to know how to rocket jump, watch flanks, basic stuff covered
– you need to have mic and HEADPHONES, we don't want to hear feedback from your speakers, your TV in the background, stuff like that…
– you have to play naked in front of a live feed from your webcam…
– sense of humor
– if you can't handle defeat, criticism, stress, jokes, if you rage like a dimwitted buffoon, this ain't your team
– if ya can't follow these simple requests, that ain't a problem, we just kick you're ass back in the wasteland

2. give:

– we have server/mumble/avatar<lol
– I can't really describe ourselves, you have to witness us, but in general we have the default traits… friendly, mature, kinda smart (i know to count till 25) but we ain't normal
– we want to improve, we aren't casual
– we're a team who wants to train, I mean not every day 24/7, like if you're afk 1 minute to piss we kick ya out… but if you don't like training, only playing officials, then skip this team
– we're doing tactics crafting, usually just ripping off prem teams and adding sugar, spice and blow to the mix

**update; voice communication software was not voted yet because the roster is incomplete, thus we're gonna use steam voice chat for the interview/trial,
