Soldier  Div 6 Skill, 6v6

Hello, I'm looking for a div6 team playing 6vs6 so I can get a better grasp of playing competetive. I'm a 20+ guy from Sweden who plays too much tf2 and im calm and easy to deal with. I've played some lobbies but there's generally not much teamplay and not the best place to learn. So im not looking for a team who just wants to win (yet) but to learn, practice and have great times with. I have around 1500 hours played and main soldier and want to play that to start with, but can also play scout decent. I've got skype and mumble and whatnot, any european team or players are welcome :)
