  Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Looking for main pocket soldier spot in div4/3 team for season 17.

I don't think I'm ready to compete in div3 yet, but since there's plenty of time until season 17 and with a good team and practice I might get ready before the season starts.

– Able to play usually every night from 19 CET – 22 CET
– Open for criticism.
– Want to play 4-5 days a week
– Motivated to improve. Training everyday (MGE, DM, pug etc)
– Not raging.
– Enough decent english to make calls
– I do not speak russian!

– Want to play in team which is motivated to improve and going up to higher division. Puts lot of effort into training and getting better, analyzing their gameplay, working on tactics etc.
– Team should have enough experienced main caller, also a leader who helps keeping the team focused, motivates and inspires team members, avoids people's bad behaviors and tries to cheer them up instead. Provides the good atmosphere in the mumble.
– Team members should be mature as well and highly motivated and willing to improve in every way they can. If there's a one guy who is just playing for fun, isn't practising enough or doesn't really care about winning, then the team will fall apart eventually.
– Also the team should not take losses seriously, by that I mean they should not rage about that, but will learn from their mistakes, will push themselves more to reach their goal so that next time they will steamroll the team they just got beaten by.
