Div 4 Skill, 6v6

My current team is dropping from season 10, but I'd like to keep playing in the league and try new things. I've played scout quite comfortably at about the current div2 level for some time now but I've no intention to continue with that class (unless something really interesting comes up). So I'm looking for a spot in a team in which I could play some other class, have fun and improve. If your team has whiners, ragers, annoying kids, trolls, bindspammers or such, I'm not up for it.
I got some "higher" level experience, while it's not much I can probably help you out with tactics and such. Alternatively I can just shut up and adapt to your tactics. =)
Demoman is by far my weakest class, could probably only do div 6/5. However I'd like to play as high as possible and I feel I can improve quickly
Medic I could try out, don't really know about the skill level. I'm guessing somewhere around div 4 but no idea really. I could try my hand at maincalling if you need some, though I've never really done it in a real team.
Soldier skills are pretty much the same as my medic skills. I'd prefer to pocket since I still have some of that scattergun aim so I could potentially make good use of it.
I can also try backup allrounder for a nice div 5/4 team, if you need a sub on a specific day. If you need me to be online all the time yet rarely need me to play then I'm not your guy.
I can play sun-thurs 19-22cet and potentially longer if needed. I have a terrible finnish accent but nobody has ever had any serious problems understanding me. I'm usually quite talkative in-game but can also be silent if needed.
TL;DR Want to play sold/med/demo for a nice team around div4, higher the better but I'm not asking much since I'm not the best at any of those classes.
