playing scout, looking for any team

What are you looking for in a team?
I'm looking for players that aren't completely new to eachother. A team with the motivation and potential to reach high improvement. A team that doesn't rage, whine or loose their motivation after a couple of weeks.
What can a team expect of you?
The team can expect me to turn up any time wanted. That I'm skilled enough to hold my own no matter who we're playing. And that I'm an easygoing player.
