Team Oreos are searching for a main scout for UGC (Silver) and ETF2L div 2/3. And subs for the other classes.
As a player we are looking into how well you're fitting with the rest of the team and how well you communicate, calls. We're looking for a mature person that isn't a rager, enjoy to hang out and have a good gamsense. And also are playing his class on a good level.
We had alot of high division player searching a spot on our team, but we turned most of them down. We're searching for reliable players that we know will stick with us and not move to other teams as they get better offers. We prefer nice people over skilled players, but of course you got to be able to play the class we're seraching for on a decent level.
We're also searching for subs for Demoman, Spy, Soldier, sniper . Same goes for them.

Unstable team, consists of mostly div 5 players.
and turning people down because they can’t understand antso’s accent doesn’t mean you have better options, just means how immature you are.
and your excuse of “calls are most important” is pretty retarded when antso has the accent that people struggle to understand (and he is actually a maincaller…)
also how is losing to a team that is 2nd place in div 6 means you are capable of going div 2/3?
don’t even think your team would do well in div 4.
Phoenix dont be that harsh. After they have Antso as heavy, they are stronger than us for sure.

I can guarantee that these guys will get mauled in div 2 and possibly 3, antso is a decent heavy but the rest I wouldnt be too sure of. A lot of them seem to lack gamesense and rely on players like atomicus and juju to carry them.
juju was a merc, they cannot and will not go div 2/3 since they lack screenshots.
Would you be interested in an ETF2L only scout? Also, what times and days do you play?
